Bamber eyes points improvement

Teenaged Kiwi fired up for Indonesian races

New Zealander Earl Bamber heads into this weekend’s double-header round of the Formula V6 Asia championship at Sentul, Indonesia, determined to improve on his third place on points.

Bamber (17) took a win and second place at the first round, and a second place in round two.

His teammate James Grunwell leads the series from Armaan Ebrahim. There are only four points between Grunwell and Bamber.

This weekend's meeting presents a new challenge because the first two rounds were run at Malaysia's Sepang circuit.
