First owner for 26 years, second for 4 years, 3rd owner for 4 years and last owner for 15 years.
This car is an older restoration. It is originally an Auckland car, was brought to Christchurch circa ten years ago at circa 71000 miles and was restored in Christchurch around that time.
The Motor had a complete overhaul by a reputable Jaguar garage in Christchurch who has worked on the car ever since. During this time, car had a strip down paint job and looks brilliant still. Beautiful interior. Good leather, good wood and all instruments work as they should. Good rubber all round. VERY GOOD mechanically. Good electrics. Full synchro gearbox. Good Battery. Good Tires.
Manual with Overdrive, this car drives really well and sounds like a Jaguar Mark 2 should. It has only traveled circa 14000miles since restoration. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, NOT TO BE MISSED CAR and a GOOD INVESTMENT too.
MARK 2’s are becoming very desirable especially in manual and in this colour scheme.
