"Mitsubishi launch electric vehicle, the i-MiEV Jul '11. 1st mass produced EV avail to Kiwi's. I-MiEV 5dr is designed for urban commuters. Can be plugged into 15amp socket to recharge batteries. Home charging is performed through the charging unit installed on the vehicle using a 240V outlet as the power source. Full recharge takes approx 7-hours & costs about $5.
