SEMA show still on

Economic recession may be in danger of turning into depression but America’s annual homage to high-performance, the SEMA show in Las Vegas, is still on schedule.

SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers’ Association) is the tuner car industry’s aftermarket equuipment shop window and features stuff to make imported cars and American V8s go faster and look better.

Tuning houses, custom builders and mainstream manufacturers use the show to display wild specials based on production models.

This year’s show is slated for November 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, but as always, is closed to the public.
