Kiwi Scott Dixon took his Target Team Ganassi Racing team to a 1-2 finish at Kansas Speedway
Dixon and team mate Dario Franchitti were the top two finishers in the RoadRunner Turbo Indy 300, followed by Tony Kanaan.
It was Dixon's first win of the season and marked his second consecutive win at the track, while giving Target Chip Ganassi Racing its fourth consecutive win at Kansas.
Dixon lined-up second on the starting grid and passed for the lead on lap 32. He carried on to lead for 167 laps.
Franchitti started from the third position and ran in second throughout most of the race. Following the final round of pit stops during a late-race caution, Franchitti restarted from the third position and passed Helio Castroneves for second place with just four laps to go.
