Skoda meets its market


March 8, 2007, 9am. Skoda’s literally taking prospective Auckland customers for a ride during a three-month Free Fare campaign in which four cars are strategically positioned around the CBD for commuters who need a quick ride.

“The Free Fare Skoda campaign is all about hands-on experience,” says James Yates, sales and marketing manager for the brand in New Zealand.

“TV and magazine advertising might get your attention, but to really appreciate Skoda … you have to get inside.”

Each driver has extensive knowledge of the Skoda, and will answer passengers’ questions about the range.
